Trump urges Middle East peace, dismisses rumors

Washington (Lord Media): U.S. President Donald Trump has expressed his commitment to achieving peace in the Middle East, expecting a complete ceasefire across all fronts including Lebanon, Hezbollah, and Israel. In a statement on Truth Social, he appealed to all parties in the region to remain committed to advancing negotiations.

Trump further noted that global markets are favoring the drop in oil prices and the rise in stock markets, viewing it as a success for the United States. He dismissed rumors of a 300 bn USD payment to Iran as false, labeling them as Democratic propaganda.

Speaking to journalists in Paris, Trump addressed the issue of Iran’s ballistic missiles, stating that it is unfair for Iran not to possess them if other countries do. He also mentioned the missile capabilities of Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Despite the nearly four-month-long conflict with Iran coming to an end, Trump emphasized the continued U.S. military presence in the Gulf. The U.S. Vice President also mentioned the destruction of Iran’s ballistic missile facilities.
