Rawalpindi (Lord Media): Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir met with Ghana’s Chief of Defence Staff, Lieutenant General William Ayamdo, to discuss regional security and bilateral defence cooperation. According to the Pakistan Army’s Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the meeting took place at the General Headquarters (GHQ), where both sides expressed their commitment to enhancing military-to-military relations.
ISPR further stated that the discussions focused on joint counter-terrorism training and defence production. The Ghanaian Chief of Defence Staff praised the professionalism of Pakistan’s armed forces and was presented with a guard of honour upon his arrival at GHQ.
