Islamabad (Lord Media): Canada’s Foreign Minister Anita Anand has commended Pakistan’s constructive role in facilitating reconciliation between Iran and the United States during a telephonic conversation with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar. According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, the Canadian Foreign Minister emphasized that Pakistan’s efforts played a significant role in the reconciliation between the two nations.
The two leaders also discussed the upcoming negotiations between the United States and Iran in Bürgenstock, Switzerland.
During the conversation, satisfaction was expressed over the positive developments in Pakistan-Canada relations, and a commitment was reiterated to further expand cooperation in various areas of mutual interest.
