Mumbai (Lord Media): Indian actress Sanchita Ogale, known for her role in the popular drama ‘Kumkum Bhagya’, died by suicide at her residence in Palghar district, Maharashtra, on June 14. Her father, Machhindra Ogale, has alleged that his daughter was under constant harassment and severe mental stress.
Police reported that no suspicious items or suicide note were found at the scene. However, in an interview, Sanchita’s father stated that she often appeared distressed and would suddenly fall into depression.
Machhindra Ogale further mentioned that he always tried to be with Sanchita, but during the last half-hour, he was not with her, which is when she took the drastic step.
He also alleged that someone was harassing Sanchita for money or other matters, leading to her severe mental pressure.
