Lahore (Lord Media): A 14-year-old employee died allegedly due to the assault by a shopkeeper in Lahore’s Factory Area, Sitara Colony. According to the DIG Operations spokesperson, the suspect, Samiullah, repeatedly assaulted his employee, Ali Hassan, at his grocery store and left him in a semi-conscious state at his home’s doorstep. Ali Hassan was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries four hours later.
Nearby shopkeepers reported that the suspect used an iron rod during the assault. A case has been registered on the complaint of the victim’s brother, and the suspect has been handed over to the investigation wing.
