Delhi (Lord Media): Unknown assailants opened fire at Indian singer Guru Randhawa’s fitness gym in Delhi’s Paschim Vihar area on June 10, police reported. Two motorcycle riders fired shots outside the gym and fled the scene. Fortunately, no casualties were reported, but the incident spread panic in the area.
Following the incident, a social media claim emerged from Anil Pandit, associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, stating the attack was merely a warning. The post alleged that Randhawa is getting close to Salman Khan, and further attacks could occur if these ties persist.
Police have announced a thorough investigation into the shooting and the social media claims, assuring that those involved will soon be brought to justice.
The tension between Salman Khan and the Lawrence Bishnoi gang dates back several years, rooted in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case. The Bishnoi community considers the blackbuck sacred, leading to a strong stance against Khan.
The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has been accused of involvement in the murder of renowned Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, firing outside Salman Khan’s residence, and other serious crimes.
