TEHRAN (Lord Media): U.S. airstrikes in southern Iran have resulted in the deaths of 3 individuals and injuries to 4 others, according to Iranian officials. The attacks occurred on Tuesday morning in the provinces of Hormozgan and Khuzestan.
Fars News Agency reported that multiple areas in Hormozgan were targeted, including an environmental facility and an animal feed warehouse.
Masiha Taziani, Director General of Hormozgan’s Department of Environment, stated that an environmental worker survived the attack, but his two sons and daughter-in-law were killed.
According to the state news agency, Valiollah Hayati, Deputy Governor for Security Affairs of Khuzestan Province, said that parts of Omidiyeh were hit around 2:10 a.m. local time.
