Beirut (Lord Media): Hezbollah attacked an Israeli military tank in southern Lebanon’s Kafr Tibnit, killing four soldiers, including a battalion commander. The Israeli military spokesperson confirmed the death of Lieutenant Colonel Dor Gidalia Ben Simhon of the 52nd Battalion, 401st Armored Brigade. Investigations into the attack’s nature are ongoing, with the names of the other three soldiers to be released soon.
In another Hezbollah attack, five Israeli soldiers were injured, including a reserve officer in critical condition. Meanwhile, Lebanon’s Ministry of Health reported that Israeli airstrikes have killed 18 people and injured 33.
The Israeli military claimed to have targeted over 80 Hezbollah positions in southern and eastern Lebanon, killing several fighters. Hezbollah stated it will continue defending its positions in southern Lebanon.
Yesterday, a Hezbollah landmine attack destroyed an Israeli military vehicle, resulting in one death and seven injuries.
