Moscow (Lord Media): Russian media has lauded Pakistan’s leadership role in the peace agreement between Iran and the United States. Major Russian news channels and journals have described Pakistan as a guarantor of peace and a key partner.
Russia’s state news agency, TASS, commended Pakistan’s efforts, stating that Pakistan will make every possible effort to stabilize the success of the US-Iran negotiations.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov praised Pakistani leadership, including Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, for playing a significant role as a mediator.
The Russian journal Sputnik stated that regardless of where the US-Iran peace agreement is signed, Pakistan will remain the central mediator. The Islamabad Agreement was prepared in Pakistan, and the credit goes to Pakistan.
According to the Russian journal RT, due to Pakistan’s sincere mediation, the US and Iran have reached the end of hostility and war. Global experts believe this agreement has strengthened Pakistan’s reputation, emerging as a new power.
