Karachi (Lord Media): Karachi Port Trust (KPT) has achieved a significant improvement in the Container Port Performance Index (CPPI), advancing 30 positions to secure the 69th spot globally. This development reflects a notable enhancement in the port’s performance.
The KPT administration stated that Karachi Port’s CPPI score has increased from 30 to 45.7, indicating a clear boost in the port’s operational capacity and efficiency.
According to the administration, the next target is to further enhance the global ranking and include Karachi Port among the top 50 ports by 2027.
