The Pakistan Army reported on Thursday that three terrorists were killed in an operation conducted in the northwest Tank district.
According to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of the Pakistan Army, security forces carried out a joint intelligence-based operation in the Tank district of northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
During the operation, security personnel engaged in intense gunfire with the terrorists, resulting in the elimination of three of them.
“The deceased terrorists were actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area, including the recent abduction of the District & Sessions Judge of South Waziristan District,” stated the ISPR.
The military reiterated its commitment to eradicate terrorism from the country, emphasizing the determination of security forces to combat the menace effectively.
