According to media reports, a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang threatened B Praak with death and demanded extortion money amounting to Rs100 million. The threat was reportedly conveyed through phone calls made to B Praak’s close associate and Punjabi singer Dalnoor.
Media reports said Dalnoor received two missed calls from a foreign number on January 5, which he initially ignored. The following day, he received another call from a different foreign number. The caller identified himself as Arju Bishnoi and asked Dalnoor to convey a message to B Praak.

He reportedly said B Praak could travel to any country, but if anyone connected to him was found nearby, they would be harmed. The threat further stated that failure to meet the demand would result in B Praak being killed.
Following Dalnoor’s complaint, police registered a case and launched an investigation. Police officials said efforts are underway to trace the origin of the threatening calls.
