Tehran (Lord Media): The Iranian Revolutionary Guard has strongly condemned recent U.S. attacks on southern Iran, labeling them as open aggression and promising a devastating response. A statement from Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters highlighted that these attacks occurred while the late Supreme Leader’s body was in Iraq for final rites.
The Revolutionary Guard declared that Iran will not permit U.S. interference in the Strait of Hormuz and will deliver a destructive response to the American assaults. Iran’s top military command stated that the U.S. military targeted various regions in southern Iran, demonstrating blatant aggression, and assured that Iran’s armed forces will respond decisively.
The joint military command of Iran emphasized that the U.S. will not be allowed to interfere in the management of the Strait of Hormuz. The only safe passage for commercial ships and oil tankers will be the one determined by Iran. Notably, the U.S. bombed over 80 targets in Iran, including Sirak, Bandar Abbas, and Qeshm, resulting in multiple injuries.
The U.S. targeted Iran’s air defense systems, surveillance systems, anti-ship cruise missiles, drone installations, and Revolutionary Guard boats.
