Islamabad (Lord Media): President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif paid tribute to Kargil war hero Havaldar Lalak Jan Shaheed (Nishan-e-Haider) on his martyrdom anniversary. President Zardari, in his message, saluted the bravery and sacrifice of the martyr, stating that the nation will always remember his courage.
President Zardari highlighted that despite being injured, Lalak Jan Shaheed thwarted enemy attacks and sacrificed his life defending the motherland. He emphasized that his bravery serves as an example for future generations and vowed to remember his sacrifice in golden words in Pakistan’s history.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also conveyed his message, stating that Havaldar Lalak Jan Shaheed thwarted the enemy’s nefarious designs and made a great sacrifice for the nation. He noted that the martyr’s bravery is a commendable example for the new generation.
The Prime Minister further stated that the nation cannot forget the sacrifices of its martyrs, and that the martyrs of the Pakistan Armed Forces and their families are the pride of the nation.
