Gaza (Lord Media): The Gaza Ministry of Health has revealed that over 1,500 patients have died due to severe shortages of medical facilities and medicines during the ongoing conflict with Israel. These patients required urgent medical transfers abroad. Director General of Gaza’s Ministry of Health, Munir Al-Bursh, stated that hospitals in Gaza are operating under extremely challenging conditions, making it increasingly difficult to save lives due to the lack of medical supplies.
Munir Al-Bursh reported that thousands of patients awaiting medical transfers abroad have been affected, with over 1,500 losing their lives. Kidney patients have been particularly impacted, with over 50% succumbing due to shortages of medicines and dialysis equipment.
The Ministry of Health warns that the medical crisis in Gaza is worsening, with hospitals still lacking essential medicines. Authorities caution that without immediate aid, more lives may be lost.
The Gaza Ministry of Health has called on the international community, the United Nations, and international humanitarian organizations to take urgent steps to provide medical supplies, medicines, and facilitate patient transfers abroad to save more lives.
