PINDI BHATTIAN (Lord Media): A tragic accident occurred near Pindi Bhattian on the M-2 Motorway when a trailer collided with a stationary Shahzore vehicle on the hard shoulder, resulting in the death of two individuals. According to the spokesperson of the Motorway Police Central Region, the Shahzore vehicle had stopped due to an axle malfunction.<\/p>\n
The Motorway Police had provided assistance to the vehicle in accordance with regulations and had also coned off the area to warn other vehicles. Upon receiving information about the accident, a team from the Motorway Police arrived at the scene and transported the deceased to the hospital.<\/p>\n
Sector Commander Faisal Akram oversaw the operations at the accident site. Preliminary investigations by the Motorway Police suggest that the possible cause of the accident was the trailer driver’s drowsiness during travel.
