Advocate Usman Farooq stated that the claim is filed under the Fatal Accidents Act. He revealed that in March 2026, a speeding water tanker fatally struck the young man near Chamra Chowrangi. According to the lawyer, the medical report confirmed Talha Zaheer&#8217;s death resulted from severe injuries sustained in the accident.<\/p>\n<p>The petition claims that the deceased was the sole breadwinner for his family, who are now facing severe and ongoing financial hardships.
