The Israeli minister insisted that the presence of Zionist forces in Lebanon prevents nearly 200,000 displaced Lebanese citizens from returning to these areas. He noted that in the past, the presence of civilians in security zones posed threats to Israeli soldiers.<\/p>\n
He further stated that troops will continue to reside in southern Lebanon’s security zones while civilians will stay outside. He described the region’s infrastructure as destroyed and affirmed that Israeli forces will not withdraw.<\/p>\n
The Israeli Defense Minister also declared that Israel will not relinquish control over Syrian territories occupied by its forces, considering this decision part of Israel’s defense policy.<\/p>\n
