The documents reveal that over 8.054 trillion rupees will be paid as interest on existing loans, with 6.983 trillion rupees allocated for domestic loans and approximately 1.071 trillion rupees for foreign loans.<\/p>\n<p>The budget documents indicate that the federal government will secure 574 billion rupees in project loans and grants, while 418 billion rupees will be obtained as foreign loans in the form of program loans.
