The situation later escalated into a physical confrontation.<\/p>\n<p>Neymar allegedly slapped Robinho Jr. and tripped him during the altercation, after which both players were reportedly removed from the training session.<\/p>\n<p>Brazilian media further reported that Santos FC has launched an internal inquiry into the matter following complaints from representatives of Robinho Jr.<\/p>\n<p>However, the issue was later resolved after Neymar admitted his mistake and apologised to the young footballer.
