{"id":73978,"date":"2026-04-25T16:17:06","date_gmt":"2026-04-25T11:17:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chinaurdu.com\/eng\/?p=73978"},"modified":"2026-04-25T16:17:06","modified_gmt":"2026-04-25T11:17:06","slug":"khalnayak-set-for-comeback-with-a-new-cinematic-twist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chinaurdu.com\/eng\/?p=73978","title":{"rendered":"\u2018Khalnayak\u2019 set for comeback with a new cinematic twist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>More than three decades after its original release, the iconic Bollywood film Khalnayak is set to return to the big screen in a new and reimagined format.<\/p>\n<p>Actor Sanjay Dutt, who played the central role in the 1990s blockbuster, announced the development on social media by sharing a glimpse of his new looks. \u201cEvery story has its time, and now it\u2019s time,\u201d he wrote, hinting at the revival of the franchise.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at an event in Mumbai, Dutt clarified that the upcoming project would not be a conventional sequel but rather a fresh narrative inspired by the original character.<\/p>\n<p>A short teaser released alongside the announcement shows the actor in a more intense and aged avatar, suggesting that while the character has evolved over time, its core intensity remains intact.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, Dutt revealed that the idea for the film came to him during his time in prison.
