This has significantly disrupted the supply of crude oil and the dispatch of refined petroleum products.<\/p>\n<p>The refinery said the restrictions have led to a sharp decline in crude oil receipts, while inventories of motor spirit and high-speed diesel have accumulated due to limited transportation.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of these constraints, the refinery has shut down its main crude distillation unit, which has a capacity of 32,400 barrels per day.
