The revised system allocates an additional 20 per cent marks for higher qualifications, while another 20 per cent has been reserved for interviews, bringing the total score to 100.<\/p>\n<p>The notification further states that a new grading structure has been introduced to ensure fairness, with marks distribution based on first, second and third division degrees.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, candidates possessing extra qualifications will receive additional marks, with 10, 15 and 20 marks allocated for one, two and three extra degrees respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Officials said the revised merit criteria will come into immediate effect and is expected to improve the transparency and efficiency of the recruitment process in the province\u2019s health sector.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department has issued a new merit criteria for the recruitment of doctors, aiming to enhance transparency and standardisation in the hiring process.
