According to details, the petition was filed by Malik Zaheer Abbas Khokhar, who had contested the minister\u2019s win. However, the tribunal declared the plea false, non-maintainable, and without merit.<\/p>\n
During the proceedings, the petitioner sought multiple adjournments and repeatedly requested delays in hearings but failed to present any substantial evidence in support of his claims.<\/p>\n
