During proceedings, the government failed to submit a response and requested additional time.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioners\u2019 lawyer informed the court that the travel ban was affecting their visas, prompting Justice Khan to inquire about the expiration dates. It was clarified that one visa would expire in March while the other would lapse later.
