Actor and film critic Kamaal R. Khan, popularly known as KRK, was arrested by Mumbai police in connection with a firing incident in the city\u2019s western suburb. The incident took place on January 18 in Nalanda Society, Oshiwara, Andheri, where reports of two gunshots were received.<\/p>\n
KRK was brought in for questioning late Friday night at Oshiwara police station. During interrogation, he admitted to firing two shots from his licensed firearm. Two bullets were recovered from the society premises, one from the second floor and the other from the fourth floor. Police said one flat belonged to a writer and director, while the other was registered under a model\u2019s name.<\/p>\n
Initial CCTV footage did not provide any leads, complicating the investigation. However, forensic examination later indicated that the bullets may have been fired from KRK\u2019s nearby bungalow. The motive behind the firing remains unclear.<\/p>\n
