He congratulated Health Minister Mustafa Kamal, the Health Secretary, and their team for introducing the initiative.<\/p>\n<p>He highlighted the disparity in access to healthcare, noting that while the elite can afford expensive treatment for themselves and their children, ordinary citizens often struggle to provide even basic care. \u201cHealthcare and treatment are the right of every Pakistani,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The Prime Minister added that the Health Ministry and its team would deliver treatment services through a third-party system, ensuring proper checks and balances.
