Following the inauguration, three benches of the Federal Constitutional Court started hearing cases in the Federal Shariat Court building.<\/p>\n<p>A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan has begun proceedings in the super tax cases.<\/p>\n<p>Federal Minister for Law Azam Nazeer Tarar and Attorney General Mansoor Usman Awan were also present at the inauguration ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>The relocation is aimed at facilitating the smooth functioning of the newly established Federal Constitutional Court and ensuring the continuation of judicial work without disruption.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Federal Constitutional Court has been shifted to the building of the Federal Shariat Court, where judicial proceedings have formally begun.
