Previously, PCB had announced that it would operate Multan Sultans itself for the current season.<\/p>\n<p>The decision to auction Multan Sultans comes after record-breaking sales of two franchises and growing interest from foreign investors. Following the bidding process for Hyderabad and Sialkot teams in Islamabad, Multan Sultans will also be sold through an open auction in accordance with public procurement rules (PPRA).<\/p>\n<p>Former owner Ali Tareen may participate in the open auction and regain ownership if he meets the conditions outlined in the advertisement.
