The visit drew a large gathering of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers at the airport, during which a scuffle broke out among some supporters.<\/p>\n<p>Saeed Ghani welcomed Afridi and presented him with a traditional Sindhi cap and Ajrak, a gesture symbolizing Sindh\u2019s cultural hospitality. After leaving the airport, Afridi was scheduled to lead a rally to the PTI\u2019s party office, Insaaf House, followed by a visit to the Karachi Press Club and later Bagh-e-Jinnah.<\/p>\n<p>Afridi, who traveled from Islamabad, said ahead of the visit that he would convey messages from PTI founder Imran Khan and actively participate in preparations for the party\u2019s street movement. He highlighted the upcoming large gathering at Mazar-e-Quaid on January 11 as a key event in Karachi\u2019s political calendar.<\/p>\n<p>During the three-day visit, Afridi is expected to meet party leadership, Sindh government officials, lawyers, business representatives, and media personnel. According to PTI\u2019s Special Assistant for Information, Shafee Jan, the visit aims to accelerate the party\u2019s street mobilization and maintain momentum for upcoming political events.<\/p>\n<p>Afridi will travel to Hyderabad on Saturday to address lawyers and press clubs and meet with Sindh Cabinet members and other local dignitaries. On Sunday, he will engage with senior lawyers, business associations, and visit Mazar-e-Quaid as part of PTI\u2019s street movement activities.
