The notification states that the new rules have been framed under the powers granted by Article 202 of the Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>According to the notification, the Practice and Procedure Rules were published in the Gazette of Pakistan on February 18, 2025, and have been made effective from February 4, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>In a related development, the Islamabad High Court also issued the notification for the approval of the Establishment Rules 2025, which govern appointments, service conditions, and administrative procedures for court staff.
