Their absence came to light during routine oversight conducted by the Large Tax Office (LTO) Lahore.<\/p>\n<p>Taking serious notice of the lapse, LTO Lahore recommended disciplinary action against the officials concerned. Following the recommendation, immediate suspension orders were issued in view of the gravity of negligence and dereliction of duty.<\/p>\n<p>The FBR reiterated its commitment to maintaining discipline, integrity, and professional standards across all field formations.
