His counsel, Latif Khosa, appeared before the commission and submitted a report detailing the alleged irregularities.<\/p>\n<p>A four-member bench headed by the ECP member from Sindh heard the case. During the proceedings, the ECP member from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa observed that under Section 9, the application would be submitted to the office.<\/p>\n<p>The member from Sindh asked the petitioner\u2019s counsel to clarify the allegations. Latif Khosa told the bench that polling stations and the RO office were unlawfully shifted.
