He said such development projects are vital for the convenience of ordinary citizens and welcomed the provision of improved travel facilities in the capital.<\/p>\n<p>Shehbaz Sharif reiterated that without clearing encroachments, efforts to improve urban planning and infrastructure would remain ineffective. He said sustainable solutions to civic issues require decisive action against illegal constructions.<\/p>\n<p>The prime minister also praised Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi for completing the project in a record time.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the occasion, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that within the next two years, residents would see a transformed Islamabad. He added that transparency was being ensured in all development projects and that work was underway under the Islamabad Development Vision 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Mohsin Naqvi further said that the Iqbal Chowk Flyover project was completed in a record 77 days.
