FOSPA coordinated with the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to verify the property\u2019s allocation and ownership among legal heirs.<\/p>\n<p>The main disagreement centered on the valuation of the property. To ensure fairness and transparency, FOSPA appointed a local commission, which determined the property\u2019s market value at Rs10 crore.<\/p>\n<p>All parties agreed on the valuation, and Huma Batool was paid Rs1.75 crore as her legal share.
