The announcement was made by PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi during a PSL roadshow at Lord\u2019s Cricket Ground in London.<\/p>\n<p>Naqvi said that the Muzaffarabad Cricket Stadium would be upgraded to host PSL matches in top-notch conditions.
