Your innocence and helplessness reflect our collective failure. Ibrahim, forgive us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Actress Fatima Afandi questioned city officials, asking if funds collected through e-challans could not be used to secure manhole covers on the roads.<\/p>\n<p>Mahira Khan highlighted the emotional toll, writing about a video showing the mother grieving for her child and asking, \u201cWho is responsible for this accident?
