She said, \u201cMany podcasts these days are truly disturbing, where guests are brought on just to be embarrassed or put in helpless situations.\u201d<\/p>\n
Sahar Khan cited a recent example of a podcast in which the host showed a woman her own videos and asked whether she thought her actions were right or wrong. She questioned the authority of such hosts, saying, \u201cNo one has the right to dictate how others live their lives. Life is given by God, and each person is responsible to Him alone.\u201d<\/p>\n
The actress urged people to avoid programs designed to humiliate, adding, \u201cIt is unfortunate that some hosts repeatedly bring on guests just to demean them. Live your own life and stop causing pain to others.\u201d<\/p>\n
Her comments come amid controversy surrounding TikTok star Wardah Malik, who faced repeated uncomfortable questions and criticism during a podcast hosted by Rehan Tariq. In the episode, Wardah was shown videos of herself dancing or enjoying leisure activities, while a male panel continued to question her choices, leaving her visibly upset.<\/p>\n
