The stay was issued against the June 19 directive of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, which had initiated the process to terminate the CDA.<\/p>\n<p>The Division Bench, comprising Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Inaam Amin Minhas, issued a written order putting the single bench decision on hold. The suspension came in response to an intra-court appeal filed against the original ruling.<\/p>\n<p>The court has scheduled the next hearing on the intra-court appeal for the second week of December.
