Justice Farooq Haider recused himself from hearing the matter and referred the case to the Chief Justice for re-assignment to another bench.<\/p>\n<p>According to court details, the judge returned the case file to the Chief Justice\u2019s Office with a note requesting that the petition be fixed before a different bench.<\/p>\n<p>An official from the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) appeared before the court and submitted the investigation record. The petition lists NCCIA and other relevant authorities as respondents.<\/p>\n<p>Representing the accused, Advocate Imran Chadhar informed the court that his client had been arrested at the airport while travelling abroad. The petition argues that NCCIA did not issue any prior notice or summons before making the arrest.
