He said the service would help reduce travel costs and enhance regional connectivity.<\/p>\n<p>The minister added that a ferry route would play an important role in promoting people-to-people contact and boosting cross-border trade.<\/p>\n<p>Both countries agreed to increase collaboration in infrastructure development and port operations. The ministers also expressed commitment to further enhance cooperation in the maritime economy and trade.<\/p>\n<p>The Iranian Minister noted that the ports of Pakistan and Iran hold the potential to become strong foundations for regional economic growth.
