The case will be heard on November 4, according to the cause list issued by the court\u2019s Registrar Office. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will preside over the hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the IHC had issued notices to Imran Khan, calling for a response to the allegations raised in the petition. Notices have also been sent to the National Cyber Crime Agency, the Superintendent of the Jail, and other relevant parties to submit their replies.<\/p>\n<p>The petition was filed by a citizen, Ghulam Murtaza, through Barrister Zafarullah. It seeks the removal and blocking of what the petitioner claims are \u201cillegal and malicious\u201d posts made from Imran Khan\u2019s X account.
