{"id":67699,"date":"2025-10-20T15:33:21","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T10:33:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/internews.pk\/eng\/?p=67699"},"modified":"2025-10-20T15:33:21","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T10:33:21","slug":"atc-issues-third-non-bailable-arrest-warrant-for-aleema-khan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chinaurdu.com\/eng\/?p=67699","title":{"rendered":"ATC issues third non-bailable arrest warrant for Aleema Khan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Rawalpindi in Monday has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Aleema Khan, sister of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, after her repeated failure to appear in court hearings related to the November 26 protest cases.<\/p>\n<p>The court, presided over by Judge Amjad Ali Shah, issued the warrants for Aleema Khan for the third time, ordering police to arrest and present her before the court on October 22.<\/p>\n<p>Along with Aleema Khan, 11 accused persons are named in the case. During Saturday\u2019s proceedings, 10 co-accused appeared before the court, while five prosecution witnesses recorded their statements and submitted case materials.<\/p>\n<p>The ATC also issued non-bailable warrants for Aleema Khan\u2019s guarantor, Umar Sharif, due to his failure to ensure her attendance.
