Chairperson Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Senator Rubina Khalid today visited the payment camps established at Farooq-e-Azam Park, Sheikh Abad, and Government Higher Secondary School No. 1, Hasnain Sharif Hasht Nagri, Peshawar.<\/p>\n
During the visit, the Chairperson met with women beneficiaries who had arrived to collect their quarterly installments under the Benazir Kafalat Programme. She listened to their concerns attentively and instructed the staff on-site to address them without delay. Under her supervision, payments were made to several deserving women, and she inspected the facilities available at the camp locations in detail.<\/p>\n
Senator Rubina Khalid directed the staff to give priority to elderly women and those accompanied by young children, while ensuring full transparency in the disbursement process. She emphasized that all officials must treat beneficiaries with respect and provide complete guidance so that no woman faces inconvenience.<\/p>\n
The Chairperson also highlighted the importance of enrollment in the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif (Educational Scholarships) and Benazir Nashonuma Programme, explaining their role in improving the health and education of vulnerable families.<\/p>\n
Addressing the women, Senator Rubina Khalid said that this money is your rightful due. \u201cPlease count your cash carefully and receive the full amount. If anyone makes an unlawful deduction, report it immediately; strict action will be taken against those responsible,\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n
She further advised beneficiaries to visit the campsite only after receiving the official confirmation message from 8171, so that unnecessary crowding can be avoided and the payment process remains smooth and orderly.<\/p>\n
