Addressing the passing out parade at Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul, which included cadets from 40 friendly nations such as Iraq, Maldives, Mali, Nepal, Palestine, Sri Lanka, Yemen, Nigeria, Qatar, and Bangladesh, Field Marshal Munir praised the armed forces for defending the nation during Operation Banyan Marsus and highlighted the strengthened public trust in the military.<\/p>\n
He said India has made baseless allegations and that the nation has become more united in the face of Indian aggression, with the armed forces successfully defending the borders. He detailed that Pakistan carried out professional operations, neutralizing Rafale jets and targeting multiple enemy bases, including S-400 defense systems, demonstrating the country\u2019s multi-domain warfare capabilities.<\/p>\n
The Army Chief assured the nation that not an inch of Pakistan\u2019s sacred soil will be handed over to any enemy and paid tribute to all soldiers, sailors, air force personnel, civilians, and martyrs who have sacrificed their lives for the country\u2019s defense.<\/p>\n
Field Marshal underscored that Pakistan\u2019s armed forces are among the best in the world and that adversaries attempt to create divisions between the military and the people, but such attempts have failed. He stressed that Pakistan\u2019s defense policy is based on credible deterrence and perpetual readiness, capable of delivering responses that exceed enemy expectations, and warned that India\u2019s geographic security assumptions would be destroyed if it repeats aggression.<\/p>\n
The Army Chief further addressed terrorism and proxy threats, calling on the Taliban regime in Afghanistan to control groups using Afghan territory to attack Pakistan. He emphasized that proxies and terrorist networks targeting Pakistan would be eliminated, and that Pakistan will continue to maintain vigilance across all fronts.<\/p>\n
Field Marshal Munir also highlighted Pakistan\u2019s role in regional and global peace, citing efforts in Gaza, protection of the Holy Mosques, and diplomatic engagement with countries including Saudi Arabia, Iran, China, and the United States. He praised former U.S. President Donald Trump\u2019s efforts in promoting stability in conflict zones and emphasized Pakistan\u2019s strengthening relations with Muslim countries and global powers.<\/p>\n
He reiterated Pakistan\u2019s unwavering stance on Kashmir, supporting the Kashmiri people politically, diplomatically, and morally in their struggle for freedom. He condemned ongoing state-sponsored terrorism and oppression in occupied Kashmir.<\/p>\n
The ceremony also celebrated the graduation of cadets from the 152nd Long Course, 37th Technical Graduate Course, 71st Anti-Gravity Course, and 26th Lady Cadet Course, with top-performing cadets receiving honorary swords and shields. The Army Chief personally inspected the parade and was given a standing ovation by the attendees.<\/p>\n
