The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has launched a nationwide crackdown against drug trafficking, seizing narcotics worth over Rs36.3 million and arresting five suspects, including a woman, during multiple operations across the country.<\/p>\n
According to an ANF spokesperson, the operations were conducted in various cities and around educational institutions to curb the supply of drugs to students.<\/p>\n
In total, authorities recovered 136.82 kilograms of narcotics, including heroin, ice, opium, and hashish.<\/p>\n
In Islamabad\u2019s H-9 Sector, officers intercepted a vehicle near a university and recovered 380 grams of hashish. The suspect reportedly confessed to selling drugs to students.<\/p>\n
At Peshawar\u2019s Bacha Khan International Airport, a man and woman traveling to Sharjah were caught with 134 heroin-filled capsules (weighing 690 grams) concealed inside their bodies.<\/p>\n
In Attock, ANF teams seized 500 grams of opium from a passenger at Haji Shah Bus Stop, while in Multan, officers recovered 250 grams of heroin from a suspect\u2019s bag near Shah Shams Tabrez Toll Plaza.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
