The case was registered by Hudyara police in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>According to the prosecution, Qari Usman was leaving his home to give the Maghrib call to prayer when Ghulam Muhammad opened fire at his door, killing him instantly. Witnesses testified that the murder stemmed from a financial dispute.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor Habib-ur-Rehman Bhatti presented witnesses and evidence, which the court found credible.
