اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ، سی ڈی اے کو کچی آبادی میں آپریشن روکنے کا حکم، 16 دسمبر تک جواب طلب
اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے سی ڈی اے کو کچی آبادی مسلم کالونی میں آپریشن روکنے کا حکم دیتے ہوئے 16 دسمبر تک جواب طلب کرلیا۔
منگل کو اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ میں جسٹس راجہ انعام امین منہاس نے کیس پر سماعت کی۔
متاثرین کے وکیل نے موقف اپنایا کہ کچی آبادی مسلم کالونی میں نور پور اور بری امام کا علاقہ شامل ہے جو 1960سے قائم ہے، جہاں ہزاروں افراد رہائش پذیر ہیں۔
وکیل نے بتایا کہ کچی آبادیوں سے متعلق سپریم کورٹ نے میکانزم بنانے کی ہدایت کر رکھی ہے مگر سی ڈی اے بغیر آگاہی نوٹس کے گھروں کو منہدم کر رہا ہے، سی ڈی اے کا آپریشن بلا جواز ہے، عدالت سے استدعاء ہے کہ آپریشن روکنے کے احکامات دے۔
عدالت نے سی ڈی اے کو آپریشن روکنے کا حکم دیتے ہوئے 16دسمبر تک جواب طلب کرلیا۔
